Who we are

Mirolume makes personalized animated video invitations. Contact: hello@mirolume.com.

What we collect

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not collect personal data itself. When you order on Etsy or Payhip, the details you send us (names, dates, event information, email) are used only to make and deliver your video and to answer your messages. Payments are handled by Etsy or Payhip; we never see your card details.

Pinterest and other social accounts

Mirolume uses the Pinterest API only to publish our own pins and boards to our own business account. We do not collect, store or share information about other Pinterest users, and we do not access anyone else's account.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services needed to deliver your order (Etsy, Payhip, email) or when the law requires it.

Retention and your rights

We keep order details only as long as needed to deliver your video and support you. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, write to hello@mirolume.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
